South Dade Media is made up of three sections: the yearbook – The Southernaire, the video news show – Riptide, and the
newspaper – The Current. The Current’s goal is to give the student body, Buc Nation, a voice. With stories and pictures written
and taken for students, by students, the Current hopes to unite students from all walks of life.
